pour the smoothie into a tall glass after having reduced all the ingredients to a smooth puree in a tall cylindrical container (blender container)


fruit smoothie

  • 140 g (1 cup) frozen fruits assorted to taste (strawberries, mango, raspberries, etc.) or 1 banana
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) plain yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey or sugar

strawberry & mango smoothie

  • 425 ml (1 3/4 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen mango
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen strawberries

raspberry smoothie 

  • 1 cup raspberry
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 200 g yogurt of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 3 ice cubes

banana chocolate smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 ice cubes

cherry & mint smoothie

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 fresh mint leaf

kiwi & green apple smoothie

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 fresh green apple, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach

orange & peach smoothie

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled or large pieces
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice, undiluted

pineapple, spinash & almond smoothie

  • 1 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
