Hockey

skate

Maintaining good balance without great physical effort, the foot must be held firmly and comfortably in the skate, thus improving speed and turning.

Without causing friction and compressing in the skate, the socks must be breathable.

Remove the sole, place the heel at the end in a standing position, the width of the foot does not exceed and a maximum of one finger at the end for better comfort.

lace

The skate must be laced to allow the toes to move and support the ankle well. Fit well at the heel and ankle.

Detach the pas, lift the tab, without creases in the tights, enter your foot with the heel at the bottom and toes able to move. Lace from bottom to top in a taut manner, tight enough for just a finger behind, so that the foot has equal force all around, not just the sides. Do not circle the ankle if the laces are too long, iron the eyelets. Good balance with a supported ankle.

blade

A skate blade should be sharpened after 15 to 20 hours of use.
