fabrics
Sportswear that quickly absorbs and wicks away sweat and moisture, releasing it out of the garment, keeping you dry, avoiding the feeling of discomfort and cold. Textiles made of polyamide or polyester mixed with elastane or natural fibers. Lycra, comfort and elasticity.
maintenance
Evaluate the level of impact, low, moderate or intense. Certain molded sports bras provide more comfort. Racerback or crossed back makes movement easier because the back is free. Wide strap, for strong chest, good support. Avoid reinforcements. Opt for seamless panties.
clothing care
Wash after each use, to avoid the proliferation of bacteria, in the machine in cold water because polyester or polyamide deteriorate more quickly and the fabric loses some of its technical characteristics. Dry flat and avoid the dryer, heat affects the properties of the fibers and the durability of the garment. For odors, you can sprinkle your clean, dry clothing with a little baking soda, it will absorb it.
